Thanks for stopping by. DC based, we are pleased to announce that our new website launched this week. Our goal is to promote international peace and development through scholarly interchange and journalism. We are establishing links with likeminded organizations and are developing content for this website. Our content will include scholarly resources as well as news analysis and investigative reporting.
